Our flexible space can accommodate up to 75 quests.
Included with your rental are 2 heights of tables: counter-height and standard-height. There are stools that go with the counter-height tables and chairs that go with the standard-height tables.
For your technology needs we have Wi-Fi, a sound system and projector available for your use.
Our kitchenette includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and counter top prep space.
You are welcome to serve your own food or hire a caterer of your choice.
You are welcome to serve alcohol while abiding by State of Ohio rules.
RENTAL COST – 3 hour minimum
3 Hours = $300
4-7 Hours = $400
8 or more Hours = $500
*$200 refundable security deposit due at time of booking assuming there are no damages to the space and no cancellation of the event less than 2 weeks prior.
