A service call will consist of Firelands Local coming to your requested location and collecting your material. The call will cover up to 1 hour of our labor to collect the material, remove it, and recycle it.

All straps must be removed from the wrap. Firelands Local will not remove any material that has straps still in place. We will leave the material. The customer will still be charged the full amount of the service call.

A service call will cost $150. This will eliminate multiple trips to collect your material. The goal is to be a one and done stop for your convenience. This will also help keep your business looking cleaner.

If your service call takes longer than an hour, there will be 2 options. We can continue collecting your material at a rate of $20 per 15 minute units. We could also simply schedule a future service call.

Our service area is 55 miles from our business location at 306 S. Norwalk Rd. West Suite B. Norwalk, Ohio 44857.

Do not worry if you are outside of our service area. We will still come to you. We will charge you an out of area rate of $2.50 per mile. All other items are still included in the service call.
